Rob Carbone serves as the Vice President of Operations, leading the company’s Factory Maintenance Services organization. His technical background and over 20 years of manufacturing maintenance experience provide him with the unique ability to relate to the needs of both the ATS customers and employees.
Rob’s maintenance career began with his service in the U.S. Navy as a nuclear electrician. He joined ATS as a maintenance technician in 2001 and has been promoted to successive leadership positions over his career including Site Operations Manager, Area Business Manager, General Manager and Vice President currently.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Nuclear Engineering Technology from Thomas Edison State University and is CMRP certified. In 2015, Rob was awarded a Master of Business Administration from Bradley University. From a personal standpoint, he is active in his local community and a board member of the Bradley University Executive MBA Alumni Board.
