As Vice President of Customer Success and Solutioning at Advanced Technology Services (ATS), Eric Martin leads customer onboarding and long-term success. Eric’s unique background in both operations and commercial excellence gives him the combined expertise to drive best-in-class service and growth across our customer partnerships.
Eric joined ATS in 2005 as part of the Leadership Development Program and has continuously progressed over the past two decades into roles with increased ownership and responsibilities. He served as a Site Manager, 6 Sigma Black Belt, Area Business Manager, Director of Operations, and General Manager before being promoted to Vice President in 2023. Eric is a graduate of Westminster College with a bachelor’s degree in Business Communication along with an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business. He is actively involved in his community and donates his time through volunteerism and serving on several charitable organizational boards.
