Rob Carbone
As Vice President of Operations, Rob Carbone leads initiatives that help manufacturers improve equipment reliability, maintenance excellence and customer success. With extensive experience in manufacturing maintenance and reliability, he works closely with customers and employees to develop effective maintenance strategies that align with customers operational and production goals. His technical expertise and leadership help ensure ATS continues to deliver high-quality maintenance solutions across a variety of industries.
Rob Carbone’s career began in the U.S. Navy, where he served as a nuclear electrician. He joined ATS in 2001 as a maintenance technician and advanced through a series of leadership roles, including Site Operations Manager, Area Business Manager, General Manager, and Vice President of Operations. Carbone holds a bachelor’s degree in Nuclear Engineering Technology from Thomas Edison State University, is a Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) and holds an MBA from Bradley University.
