Richard Pillman

Richard Pillman serves as Senior Director of Industrial Solutioning at Advanced Technology Services, where he helps manufacturers address operational challenges with practical, scalable solutions. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, he supports the development of solution frameworks that drive long‑term performance improvement.

Since joining ATS in 1994, Richard has built broad expertise through leadership roles spanning operations, quality, sales, and global business management. He is a Six Sigma Green Belt, a Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) through SMRP, and a Safety Trained Supervisor (STS), credentials that reinforce his expertise in operational excellence, asset reliability and safety leadership. This diverse background enables him to bridge strategy and execution—helping customers translate operational goals into sustainable, measurable results. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Bradley University.
