As Chief Sales Officer at Advanced Technology Services (ATS), Eric Martin leads the company’s go-to-market strategy, driving revenue growth and commercial excellence. His combined experience in operations and sales enables him to deliver best-in-class solutions and foster strong customer partnerships.
Eric joined ATS in 2005 through the Leadership Development Program and has advanced through progressive leadership roles with increasing site, regional and organization-wide responsibilities. Over the course of his career at ATS, Eric has built deep expertise in both short and long-term maintenance services as well as led the implementation of industrial technology solutions. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Operations before being promoted to Chief Sales Officer in 2025. Eric holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Communications from Westminster College and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business, along with a Six Sigma Black Belt certification. He is actively involved in his community, volunteering his time and serving on several charitable boards.
