Mike Waltrip
Mike Waltrip is an experienced manufacturing operations and business strategy leader. During his time at ATS, he held several leadership positions, including Vice President of Operations and Strategy and Chief Operating Officer, where he supported initiatives focused on operational excellence, process improvement, and customer success.
Waltrip’s career began at Heritage Environmental Services, followed by Eaton Hydraulics, before joining ATS in 2007. Throughout his leadership career, he built a track record of fostering cross-functional collaboration, developing high-performing teams and supporting sustainable business growth. He holds a master’s degree from Harding University.
