John Soza
As Senior Environmental Health and Safety Manager, John Soza oversees the implementation of comprehensive EHS programs that support safe and sustainable operations across the organization. With a strong background in manufacturing, he brings decades of hands-on experience in building safety processes that prioritize regulatory compliance and employee well-being.
Soza’s professional journey began at Indiana State University, where he worked as a Safety Specialist. He went on to hold key safety roles at Hydro-Gear, Justrite Manufacturing Company LLC, and SOLO Cup Company. In 2012, Soza joined ATS, advancing to his current position in 2020 after making significant contributions to the company’s safety initiatives. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana State University.
