Eric Martin
As President of Advanced Technology Services (ATS), Eric Martin leads the company’s Sales, Strategy and Operations organizations. He is responsible for advancing ATS’s long-term growth strategy, strengthening collaboration across the business and helping align the company’s capabilities to deliver value for customers.
Eric joined ATS in 2005 through the Leadership Development Program and has advanced through progressive leadership roles with increasing site, regional and organization-wide responsibilities. Over the course of his career at ATS, Eric has built deep expertise in both short and long-term maintenance services as well as led the implementation of industrial technology solutions. Most recently, he served as Chief Sales Officer before being promoted to President in 2026. Eric holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Communications from Westminster College and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business, along with a Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
