Adam Pennington graduated from Western Illinois University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. His journey at ATS began in 2008 as a Test Technician Team Leader and advanced into positions of increasing responsibility across operations and business leadership, including Continuous Improvement, before moving into his current role supporting customer partnerships.
