Adam Pennington graduated from Western Illinois University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. His journey at ATS began in 2008 as a Test Technician Team Leader. Through his dedication and expertise, he advanced to the roles of Site Supervisor, Site Manager, Area Business Manager, Director of Operations and now, Continuous Improvement Program Manager.
