Chief Executive Officer
Jeff Owens began his career at ATS in 1988, rising through the ranks over the next three decades to his current role as Chief Executive Officer. Under Jeff’s leadership, the company has been recognized as one of the Fastest Growing Private Companies by Inc. 5000 and one of America’s Best Mid-Sized Employers by Forbes.
Jeff holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Westminster College (MO). In 2017, he was awarded the college’s Lifetime Achievement Award and elected to the Board of Trustees. Jeff is also a graduate of the Harvard Business School President’s Program in Leadership and the Bell Leadership Institute and a member of the Young Presidents Organization. In 2021, Jeff was recognized for his leadership excellence and awarded the National Safety Council’s prestigious CEOs Who “Get It” honor.
He believes that a commitment to company culture is the true driver of business success and encourages every employee to embody the four foundational pillars of the ATS culture: living safety, valuing employees, engaging customers and delivering results. Jeff leads by example in supporting the community personally and professionally through several charitable organizations including the United Way, American Red Cross, Easter Seals and the American Heart Association.
