Chris DeBrew serves as the Vice President of Operations with over a decade of experience driving operational excellence and strategic transformation across industrial and manufacturing sectors. Over the course of his career at ATS, Chris has held progressive leadership roles, including Senior Director of Reliability 360® and Operational Strategy, Regional Business Manager and Director of Field Operations. His strategic vision and hands-on leadership have consistently delivered measurable results—ranging from implementing comprehensive maintenance strategies that extend asset life, to building high-performing teams that drive customer satisfaction and profitability.
Chris is known for his ability to align operational initiatives with business goals, leveraging data-driven insights to identify opportunities and implement innovative solutions. His leadership has been instrumental in developing program management structures, launching training programs, and guiding cross-functional teams through complex transformations. Chris holds a bachelor’s degree from University of South Carolina – Columbia.
