Chris DeBrew serves as the Vice President of Operations with over a decade of experience driving operational excellence and strategic transformation across industrial and manufacturing sectors. Throughout his 12+ year tenure at ATS, Chris has held progressive leadership roles, including Senior Director of Reliability 360® and Operational Strategy, Regional Business Manager and Director of Field Operations. His strategic vision and hands-on leadership have consistently delivered measurable results—ranging from implementing comprehensive maintenance strategies that extend asset life, to building high-performing teams that drive customer satisfaction and profitability.
Chris is known for his ability to align operational initiatives with business goals, leveraging data-driven insights to identify opportunities and implement innovative solutions. His leadership has been instrumental in developing program management structures, launching training programs, and guiding cross-functional teams through complex transformations. Chris holds a bachelor’s degree from University of South Carolina – Columbia.
