ATS Wins Torch Award from Better Business Bureau
November 12, 2004, Peoria, IL

Advanced Technology Services, Inc., (ATS), the industry leader in managed services for production equipment maintenance, IT infrastructure support and industrial parts repair for manufacturers, has been awarded the 2004 Torch Award for Marketplace Ethics from the Better Business Bureau of Central Illinois. ATS is now a candidate for the international Torch Award.

Presented annually since 1996, the BBB Torch Award for Marketplace Ethics honors businesses that demonstrate exceedingly high standards of behavior toward customers, employees, suppliers, shareholders and communities; adherence to truthful and honorable advertising and sales practices; and, an earned reputation for noteworthy contributions to their industries and the communities in which they do business. The Award became international in scope in 2000, with entries from businesses based in Canada, Mexico and the United States.

"This award is truly an honor for us at ATS, and belongs to each of our 1,100 employees," said ATS President Jeffrey Owens. "ATS' most valuable asset is our reputation for integrity. We raise the performance bar not only for our customers, internally among all employees, with our investors, suppliers and the community."

As part of the selection process, ATS was evaluated on its company code and business conduct policies, examples of service and achievement awards the company received from customers, and management's involvement in industry, trade groups and the community that relate to business ethics and conduct.
