ATS' WorkForce Ready training program recruits workers while they are in high school or a technical school. This program employs students as interns where they go through an intensive training program. Then after graduation, ATS hires them on full-time.

The WorkForce Ready program teaches technical skills with real-world leadership skills combined with on-the-job training. The curriculum provides broad exposure to service quality tools such as Six Sigma, root cause analysis, continuous improvement, lean manufacturing techniques and 5S concepts. This coupled with electrical training, proper diagnostic techniques, PLC troubleshooting and electronic drive fundamentals produces a corp of multi-skilled maintenance technicians ready to step up to the demands of today's high tech manufacturing.
