Leadership Development Program Description and
Selection Criteria

The Leadership Development Program (LDP), is designed to identify intelligent, professional college graduates with high leadership potential. These candidates must also demonstrate the desire to become leaders in our dynamic, cutting edge company that is highly engaged in the pursuit of dominance in the emerging manufacturing maintenance outsourcing market.

Individuals selected for the LDP program work their way through a series of learning positions within the company; consisting of four rotations over a two-year period. These rotations take place at any one of our four corporate offices or at any of our customer sites. Rotation options include Human Resources, Service/Quality, Six Sigma, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, Accounting/Finance, IT, Repair, Site Operations or Safety.

Upon successful completion of the two-year program candidates will proceed on a career path of exceedingly increasing responsibility, culminating in a leadership position and the opportunity to grow as far as their abilities will take them.

Criteria for the Program:

We are looking for college graduates who possess an outgoing personality, affinity for people, the desire to help lead and develop others, the ability to get work done through others, great presentation skills, good vocabulary, the ability to be creative, confident and congenial. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree.

Candidates must be open to relocation in order to take full advantage of all the opportunities of the program and should have a desire to see the country and potentially the world.

This program is based in Peoria, IL.
